The Light Source Center offers group meditations open to anyone interested in participating in a community effort of sending and receiving Light. These meditations provide powerful opportunities to experience wonderful energy and connect with others.Community of Light meditations are designed to help you calm your mind, tap into your light and find a deeper sense of relaxation.
Each meditation is followed by an opportunity to share your experience. Sharing not only helps ground the experience but in listening to others we open up even more avenues for growth and learning.
Community of Light meditations are open to everyone, regardless of prior meditation experience. They are held in person at The Light Source Center (2437 Albany Ave, West Hartford, CT) and online on Zoom:
- Mondays at 6 pm
- Tuesdays at 6 pm
- Wednesdays at 6 pm (this meditation focuses on healing)
