The dark, cool, and quiet days of Winter provide an opportune time for our bodies to turn inward for rest and recovery. This workshop will harmonize the body and balance the energies of Winter using yin (passive, cooling) and yang (active, heating) postures.

Students will experience:
● Postures that target the kidney and bladder meridians related to Winter
● Gentle yin yoga to target connective tissues, promote relaxation and mobility
● Dynamic yang yoga to promote muscle endurance and recovery
● Breathwork and meditation techniques to enhance and support the yin yang experience
● An understanding of the cycles of nature and the body
● Restorative yoga and savasana to integrate and conclude the workshop
