Join us at Morningside Urban Farm on Thursdays from Apr. 18 – Sept. 26 for Community Nights! These FREE events have activities for all ages to enjoy—check out our schedule of events below and learn more about tonight's featured workshop:Sanctuary and Mediation Gardens: Come learn all about sanctuary and meditation gardens! Grow a garden harvest of relaxation, stress reduction, beauty and well-being. It starts with your needs and your space—we'll help with the rest. Led by Mary Souder, PhD, this class will cover: six design principles, defining your intentions, flower meanings and selections, seasonality, maximizing your outdoor assets, and wellness activities for the garden.
Community Night Schedule:
6 P.M. Options:
-Yoga (all-levels, taught by Emilee Hall, RYT 500 and SE resident)
