Join Siobhan for one of our movement sessions Saturday July 13th fundraising for Kin Collective, our local wellbeing hub which provides invaluable support and community for families with babies and children.All classes are pay what you can, with a suggested donation of £10. Numbers are limited and booking is essential via Eventbrite. If you have any questions about any of the sessions please feel free to email Siobhan directly [email protected].

One with the Babas.
Parent/Carer class where you are welcome to bring your baby.
Mixed movement with some strength and mobility work as well as yoga inspired movement.
Best suited to pre-mobile babies, we have spare mats so you can place them at your side but will also have the big mat out with toys so they can play up at the front.
10:30am-11:30am
One for the Mamas.
Mama focussed class.Balance of strength and mobility work, as well as gentle restorative movement.
Suitable for all levels, if you are very recently post-partum or have any concerns about moving please pop an email as mentioned above to [email protected]

One for the Community.
Flow Class.
Welcome to all adults, yoga inspired mixed movement.

About Siobhan
Siobhan grew up in Australia with German and Peruvian roots and has happily called Edinburgh home since 2016. This mixed identity is a big part of how she teaches, drawing on multiple sources and influences to plan and share creative yet accessible sequences. In her classes she aims to offer a safe space where people can explore, learn about, and feel connected to both their mind and body - and take what they discover off the mat. Siobhan has been part of the Kin community since her baby son was 8 weeks old and has loved being able to add family focused classes to her teaching offering.
