Community KINSTRETCH At Pinthouse Brewing

We’re taking KINSTRETCH outside the gym—and into one of South Austin’s best spots: Pinthouse Brewing.

Join Motive Training for a free, all-levels mobility class led by Motive Training ATX. You’ll learn how to improve joint health, move better, and feel stronger—using the same techniques we teach at our studio.

We’ll be hosting the event on-site at , so bring a yoga mat and be ready to move. No experience needed.
