Community HIIT Workout with On, MOTION, & Melin at Vea

Led by one of MOTION’s expert coaches, this all-levels workout is designed to get your heart pumping and your body moving, whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey. Expect a dynamic blend of strength, cardio, and mobility, all set to an energizing playlist and surrounded by the beautiful SoCal vibe of Newport Beach.
