Do you want to learn the basics of CPR and how to respond in an emergency? Join our free, informal Basic Life Support demonstrations.The sessions will take place in Unit 14, next to Holland & Barrett, and selected dates will also include free health checks such as blood pressure monitoring.*
It’s a great opportunity to take a few minutes out of your day to learn something potentially lifesaving while browsing the centre. There’s no need to book, just pop in!
*Please note, on the 25th March, the event will be held from 1pm–3pm & will exclude blood pressure monitoring.
