Set your goals/intentions for 2026 and then solidify those goals through movement.During the first part of the class, I'll lead you through some goal/intention setting exercises.
Afterwards, we'll focus on your goals through breath work and a simple yoga flow.
Bring a journal, water, and a yoga mat!
