Community Engagement - Building Trust

21 CLETS, LLC training will provide public safety administrators, public information officers, and social media directors with tools to:

• Discuss barriers to engagement and how to overcome them
• Develop goals for outcomes applicable to your agency
• Build rapport and trust with your community
• Define ways to involve programs already being offered by nationwide businesses in your local area

Upon completion of this class, you will have a roadmap to implement in your agency utilizing creativity to increase engagement and prioritize activities, to decrease negative perceptions of your agency.
