Join us for a guided Community Drum Circle centered around rhythm, presence, and shared experience.

Through collective drumming and intentional connection, this gathering invites you to soften into the moment, release stress, and reconnect with your body in a grounded and supportive environment.

No experience is needed. This is a space for expression, not perfection.

Together, we will explore rhythm as a tool for regulation, connection, and community. As the beat builds, so does a sense of unity, allowing participants to feel both energized and deeply rooted.
