Join us for an unforgettable evening under the stars at 15th Street Farm for a Thai-inspired farm-to-table dinner curated by our in-house Chef, Zachary Crossman. This vibrant culinary journey honors the flavors and techniques Chef Zachary absorbed during his time at a Buddhist Thai Temple, while showcasing fresh, organic ingredients harvested directly from the farm.
Chef Zachary brings his deep respect for Thai culinary traditions to every dish, thoughtfully blending regional spices, textures, and farm-fresh produce in a way that is both innovative and rooted in authenticity. This community dinner is more than a meal—it’s a celebration of culture, sustainability, and connection.
Enjoy family-style seating in our open-air event barn, with views of the gardens and the warmth of community all around you. The evening will include multiple courses, intermezzos, and non-alcoholic pairings, each crafted to highlight the harmony between flavor and nature.

• Chicken Satay with massaman peanut dipping sauce
• Sai Ua (Northern Thai sausage) with kimchi & pickled garden vegetables
