This is an environment that fosters understanding before judgement, listening before speaking, compassion over conflict, and connection alongside community. We all have an opinion, a point of view, and a voice, and everyone should have the space and opportunity to engage with others in a respectful manner. We will not always agree on each topic but we will learn to communicate and interact with care and compassion.
