This gathering is designed to encourage healing through shared experiences, meaningful discussion, and community support. Participants will have the opportunity to reflect, learn coping strategies, build connections, and access helpful resources in a welcoming and judgment-free environment. Whether you are navigating stress, grief, anxiety, or simply looking for connection, this circle reminds us that no one has to carry heavy feelings alone.
