Community Care: Guided Sound Meditation & Mutual Aid

Join us as we center rest in community! We will be facilitating a guided sound meditation, reflection time, & mutual aid. Please bring something to lay on (yoga mat, towel, blanket, etc). We are also a kid and pet friendly space!

Since we are engaging in mutual aid, we also highly encourage everyone to donate something that resembles rest, care, or community to them! (e.g. pastries, face masks, books -- whatever feels best)! Ideally, everyone will be able to take something with them at the end of our time together <3 However, this is not mandatory!!!
