Choose Well Advisory Meeting with Aging & Independence Services (AIS)

Choose Well San Diego is a one of the programs offered by the County of San Diego Health and Human Services Agency under Aging & Independence Services (AIS).

Hilda Huambachano, Chief Health Promotions Officer, will provide a tour of how to navigate the Choose Well website, assisting individuals in making an informed decision about assisted living homes. Jonathan Tague, an Aging Program Specialist, will provide an overview of the programs and services offered by AIS for older adults, adults living with disabilities, and family caregivers.

The presentation starts at 12:15pm and ends at 1:15pm.

Light refreshments and snacks will be provided.
