You'll get to experience the plant medicine of cacao, a sound bath meditation, shamanic drumming, energy healing, + an evening in community.
Please feel free to bring items or pictures for the altar that represent your intentions. These will return home with you. Bring a yoga mat or cushion, a journal, a pen, + a bottle of water.
I'll offer you a cup of ceremonial cacao, a card pull, and guidance to tap into your intuition before our meditation and sound bath.
Ceremonial Cacao is not psychedelic. It will allow you to open your heart chakra, connect deep within, and meditate with ease.
