Community Breathwork Circle

Breathwork is one of our most accessible tools for transformation - using conscious breathing patterns to release what no longer serves, reset the nervous system, and reconnect with our authentic selves. When practiced in community and in nature, the experience deepens, reminding us we're part of something larger than ourselves.

What to Expect: In this 60-75 minute session, we'll:

• Begin with a grounding circle and brief introduction to breathwork
• Move through a guided conscious breathing journey
• Allow time for integration and sharing (optional)
• Close with gentle reconnection to the space around us

This practice is accessible for all levels - whether you're breathwork-curious or an experienced breather. The combination of intentional breathing and being in nature creates a uniquely powerful container for release, clarity, and connection.
