Hackensack Meridian Health is hosting a community block party and health fair! The Community Block Party and Health Fair is focused on addressing cancer disparities and providing needed health and education services for local community members. All are welcome to attend this FREE event. Insurance only needed for the eye exams. All others services are free.
Refreshments, music, games, giveaways, and fun for the entire family!
This event will include the following wellness screenings:
Diabetes
Cholesterol (Fasting Required)
Prostate Cancer
Colon Cancer
Blood Pressure
Vision (Insurance Required)
Hearing
AND MORE!
Community resources (i.e. insurance, legal services etc.) will be offered throughout the course of this event.
