Join us for a free Community & Courage event! The evening will feature a lobby of snacks and refreshments paired with resources from nutrition to grievance and more.
You will hear from a Baylor Scott & White Oncologist about breast cancer guidelines, risk factors and current developments. We will have a panel discussion featuring different caregivers along a fighter's journey such as husband, therapist, friend and child grief specialist.
Our featured training will be led by F1RST Foundation and will provide foundational elements of understanding the physical and mental toll of repeated stress exposure as well as interactive skills to mitigate negative effects on overall functioning, health and relationships.
