About This Offering
This is a gentle, focused session utilizing the NADA protocol—a simple, powerful ear acupuncture (or acupressure) system developed for community trauma, stress, and addiction recovery. For those preferring not to receive needles, ear seeds are available. Occasionally, supplemental foot points may be included to ground and support the nervous system.

Everyone is welcome—especially those seeking resilience, emotional balance, stress relief, or a space to integrate life’s transitions. The setting is ideal for people who find comfort in shared quietude, those new to acupuncture, or anyone seeking regular, affordable support. Trauma-informed principles guide the environment, ensuring a safe, consensual, and respectful experience.
Setting & Flow
The Aligned Collective’s space is arranged for comfort and autonomy. You may choose:
A supportive nest on the floor with yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets
A chair if sitting or seated reclining is preferred
After a brief check-in, you’ll receive your chosen protocol (NADA needles or ear seeds), then settle into restful meditation for 30–45 minutes. Music, and a held container of care support the collective calm.
