Comm Strategy 101 (August)
To help everyone start from the same playbook, Council will host a "Comm Strategy 101" session for Communications Chairs.
This session will:
Introduce a simple 1‑page Communications Plan template (audience, channels, key messages, cadence).
Walk through the communications spectrum: internal board communications vs. external family/community messaging.
Share and highlight the Texas PTA BASICS Communications Resource Guide.
Set expectations for consistent use of channels (look, tone, and posting rhythm).
