Join us for a powerful Lunch Bunch conversation with Rachel Brown, Community & Operations Coordinator for Streetside Showers, a North Texas nonprofit dedicated to restoring dignity, hope, and human connection by providing free mobile shower services and essential hygiene resources to individuals experiencing homelessness.
With more than 17 years of nonprofit leadership experience, Rachel will introduce the mission of Streetside Showers and share how the organization is changing lives across North Texas through practical, compassionate care. She’ll talk about who Streetside serves, the essential services they provide—from hot showers and hygiene kits to clean clothing and referrals to community resources—and why restoring dignity is often the first step toward rebuilding hope and creating lasting change.
Rachel also serves as Chief Financial Officer for Touch A Life, an international nonprofit supporting vulnerable youth in Ghana, and brings a unique perspective on serving communities both locally and globally. This conversation will offer insight into the realities of homelessness, the power of human connection, and the ways each of us can make a meaningful difference in our own communities.
