Welcome to the Preteen/Teen group Circle

Engage with fellow teens who are facing similar challenges. Foster connections and enjoy wonderful moments together. Some of the subjects that will be covered include:

~Coping Skills

Strategies, techniques, and behaviors that individuals use to manage stressful or challenging situations

~Peer pressure and influence

Develop assertiveness to say "no," anticipate situations, choose supportive friends, learn exit strategies

~Self Esteem & Body Image

Develop a habit of positive self-talk.

Recognize and appreciate strengths beyond physical appearance

~Social Skills

Practice specific behaviors like active listening and eye contact. Use tools like social stories to understand social cues and expectations
