Time: 6 PM every Tuesday
Entry Fee: $6
**Bracket 2 Rules:**
- No more than 3 infinite combo loops before turn 8.
- Combos can be 3 pieces, not including the commander.
- No mass land denial.
- No Game Changers.
- Max 2 non-land spell tutors.
- No win before turn 8.
- No changing decks between rounds.
- One free mulligan.
- 5 proxies allowed only. Proxies need to be listed on TopDeck. Proxies have to be easy to spot.
