COMEDY WORKSHOP WITH DARREN FROST

Join veteran comedian Darren Frost for an intensive 2–3 hour crash course in stand-up comedy designed for everyone from brand-new comics to experienced performers.

Whether you're thinking about trying comedy for the first time at our Thursday Open Mic Nights, or you're a seasoned comic looking to sharpen your material and stage presence, this workshop will give you real tools from someone who has truly done it all.

With over 35 years in the industry, Darren Frost has worked across television, movies, cartoons, and stand-up comedy, performing on stages across the country and beyond.

During this hands-on workshop Darren will cover multiple topics including the fundamentals of stand-up, joke structure, performance techniques, and navigating the comedy scene. The session wraps up with an open Q&A, giving attendees the opportunity to ask anything and make sure no stone is left unturned.

This workshop has been taught coast to coast for over a decade and is a rare opportunity to learn directly from one of Canada’s most experienced comedians.
