The Next Sound Spa Journey will be held at Ryhall Village Hall, PE9 4HR
Date: Sunday 2nd November
Time: 6.30pm-7.30pm
Investment: £10 - sign in and pay on arrival
What to bring: Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket (and a gorgeous eye mask, if you choose!)
Arrival: We ask that you 10 minutes before the session starts to settle-in comfortably and relax.
For those that have never heard of a Sound Spas….…Everything is a vibration, good and not so good, Sound Spas help to put healing, calming vibrations into our physical and emotional body.

Sound baths are good for most people, but if you have tinnitus , epilepsy, or a heart condition it's best avoided, it’s also advised that you avoid during your first trimester of pregnancy, and also not suitable for people with very serious mental health conditions.
