Get Spooky This October Half Term – Build a Home for Bats!
Bring the whole family for some hands on fun at this woodland workshop! Work together and create your very own box with the option of painting it too!
Session will last approximately 2 hours. Take your box home with you!
Additional Information:
Materials provided flat packed and ready to assemble in our classroom.
Suitable for ages 6+ (all under 18's must be supervised by an adult)
Bat Week (October 24–31) is an international celebration that shines a light on these fascinating creatures. And as the nights grow longer and Halloween creeps closer, it’s the perfect time to celebrate the mysterious and magical world of bats.
Often misunderstood, Bats are amazing creatures that play a vital role in the health of our natural world. Although we may not always see them, bats are hard at work all around the world each night - eating tons of insects, pollinating flowers, and spreading seeds that grow into new plants and trees.
