Thomas Huber of Beach Residential, was raised on Folly Beach and graduated from James Island Charter High School. After high school, he began studying economics at the University of South Carolina before transferring to The Citadel, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration.

A Charleston native with deep roots across the Lowcountry, Thomas has strong ties to communities from Mount Pleasant to Johns Island and Summerville. While many of his family members pursued careers in the medical field, Thomas found his career goals elsewhere—eventually discovering his passion in finance and real estate. His knowledge of Charleston’s neighborhoods gives him a unique advantage when helping clients find the right home at the right price.

Thomas brings both enthusiasm and expertise to every transaction, taking pride in guiding clients through the journey to finding their dream home. He especially enjoys highlighting Charleston’s vibrant and unique areas—places he loves to call home.
