This class is open to anyone - COME AS YOU ARE - all are welcome, and no experience is required.
We will begin each class by circling up for a collective EXHALE to release the week behind us, clearing our energy for a relaxing weekend and tapping into a little inspiration for the week that lies ahead.
The opening circle will be followed by a combination of the following:
Gentle Stretching
Kundalini Yoga
Breathwork
Movement
Meditation
Relaxation
Sound Healing
As we head into the winter months and wind down the wild year of 2024, let’s come together as a community of support, self-love and compassion. Let’s take a little time to nurture our lights within, so that we can shine that light and warmth into the world around us through this darker, colder time of the year. Come as you are…and get what you need.
