Step into the world of Combat Arts at ORTHDX Natural Fitness Gym.
This special once-a-year event offers participants the chance to experience a series of short, hands-on training sessions, each designed to give a real feel for what it’s like to train in the different arts taught at our gym. Whether you’re brand new or already have martial experience, this is an opportunity to explore systems rooted in tradition, precision, and power.
What to Expect
You’ll rotate through free mini-classes led by experienced instructors in:
Inayan Eskrima Systems III
Explore Filipino stick and blade fighting—fast, fluid, and highly practical.
Chen Taijiquan
Experience internal power, structure, and flow through this traditional Chinese martial art with deep martial roots.
Southern Praying Mantis
A rare, close-range system emphasizing explosive strikes, sensitivity, and control.
Intro to Boxing
Learn the fundamentals of striking, footwork, and conditioning in a high-energy, beginner-friendly session.
No prior experience is needed—just curiosity and a willingness to move.
Minimum age: 15 years old
