Join us for a series of impactful events during Black Maternal Health Week April 5-11, 2025 as we amplify the voices of Black mothers, raise awareness about critical issues, and advocate for equitable and respectful maternity care. This week is dedicated to centering Black women and birthing people, highlighting the unique challenges they face, and promoting solutions that improve maternal health outcomes.

What to Expect:

Throughout the week, we'll be hosting a variety of events designed to educate, empower, and connect our community. These may include :

• Community Meet & Greet: Enjoyable night of fun and collobration connecting communities advocating for women's health.
• Workshops: Interactive sessions focused on self-care, stress management, nutritional guidance, and navigating the healthcare system.
• Webinars: Online presentations featuring leading experts in perinatal and postpartum mood disorders discussing critical issues impacting black women.
• Resource Fair: Connecting attendees with local organizations providing support services for Black families and Women’s health.
• Advocacy Events: Opportunities to engage with policymakers and advocate for legislation that improves maternal health outcomes.
