We’ll begin with intention setting and goal alignment, harnessing the energy of the full moon to gain clarity and momentum in both body and mind. Then, we’ll move through a breath-driven, empowering flow to ignite inner strength, balance, and resilience.

This class is perfect for those looking to tap into the full moon’s energy, deepen their practice, and step forward with purpose.

Join me for full moon flows on the following dates:

• Pink Moon Power Yoga - Thursday, April 10 at 6 pm
• Flower Moon Power Yoga - Monday, May 12 at 6 pm
• Strawberry Moon Power Yoga - Wednesday, June 11 at 6 pm
