MEET AT: The leisure centre carpark, Lord Hawke Way NG24 4FH
DISTANCE: Out and back so anything up to 8k/5 miles as much or as little as you like
WHY: In honour of people like my mum (who sadly lost her battle after having two strokes and died on Sunday 15th September).
If you would like to donate anything towards a specialist care chair for stroke ward 53/54 at kingsmill hospital and help those to hopefully survive a stroke please message me or bring cash on the day

Whilst having a fun walk/run/skip and wear bright colourful clothes because mum loved bright colours and live life to the fullest.
You don’t have to donate just come and join in with friends.
This is an inclusive activity for all the family and friends.
