I am the head Athletic Recruiter for Dallas Christian College in Texas. We are a NCCAA D1 program looking to sign players from the Northern part of the country to enhance our future as a college softball powerhouse. This year we made it to the NCCAA World Series and were knocked out after 2 games. We are hoping that when we come to Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa and Minnesota in July to attend the Collegiate Softball Tryouts that are being held at Indiana Wesleyan University on July 10th, at Waubansee CC in Sugar Grove Illinois on July 11th, Wisconsin Lutheran College in Milwaukee on July 16th, Dordt University on July 30th and the College of Saint Benedicts University on July 31st that we can find those players to help us achieve our goal. We know that we will have to compete with the many other college programs who are going to be there that day but we feel our location (warmer) and scholarships will be enough to convince some players to head south the play in the spring.
