About this Event
Collective Care: Free Yoga in the Park + 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Information Session
Join us for a beautiful morning of movement, connection, and community in nature.
Whether you're simply looking to enjoy a free yoga class with your family or you're curious about deepening your practice through a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, this gathering is for you.
Nestled among the trees at Northrup Park, we'll begin with a playful family-friendly yoga session, followed by a grounding adult practice designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and experience yoga beyond the poses.
Throughout the event, a representative will also be available to answer questions about our upcoming Collective Care 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training: a trauma-informed, community-centered program that integrates traditional yogic philosophy with modern understanding of the mind, body, and nervous system.
