🚨 Important Registration & Entry Policy

To help us manage seating limits and venue logistics, please strictly adhere to the following rules:

• 📝 Mandatory Registration: Separate registration is strictly mandatory for every individual for each specific day they plan to attend.

• 🚫 No Walk-Ins: Entry is permitted only with a valid registration. We cannot accommodate walk-ins once capacity is reached.

• 🗓️ Two-Day Pass: One registration under this category grants you entry for both days of the event. If you only plan on attending for one specific day, please choose that specific day in checkout.

• 🧒 Children Policy: Children under the age of 6 do not need to be registered.

• ID Verification: Please carry a Government-issued ID, as it may be required at the gates to validate your registration.

• 🔄 Cancellations: Seating is highly sought after. If your plans change, kindly cancel your ticket promptly so another devotee may experience the satsang.

✨ Guidelines for a Sacred Experience ✨

With folded hands (🙏), we kindly request your cooperation in maintaining a serene, meditative atmosphere:

• 📱 Easy Check-In: Please have your registration QR code ready on your phone. We highly recommend taking a screenshot beforehand to avoid last-minute internet issues at the gate.

• 🚗 Parking & Arrival: On-site parking is LIMITED. Please carpool or use public transit, and follow the directions of our traffic volunteers.

• 🏛 Venue Protocol:* In alignment with venue guidelines, no food or drinks are allowed inside.

• 🚫 No Outside Food or Drinks: To preserve the sanctity of the hall and comply with venue policies, outside food, drinks, and snacks are strictly prohibited inside the premises.

• 🍲 Takeaway Prasadam: Blessed Prasad will be lovingly distributed at the conclusion of the program as a takeaway to be enjoyed outside the premises.

• 🚫 Strict Substance Policy: As this is a sacred religious event, alcohol, smoking, vaping, and any illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the venue premises.

• ⚖️ Right of Admission: The organizers reserve the final decision and right to escort out or remove any attendee who does not adhere to the event rules or respect the sanctity of the satsang.
