Collage Poetry Workshop

Join us for a vibrant, all-ages Collage Poetry event where creativity meets community!

Whether you're a seasoned poet, curious beginner or simply love art, this hands-on workshop invites you to explore self-expression through words and images. Using recycled magazines, newspapers, and craft materials, participants will cut, paste, and compose original poems that come alive visually and emotionally. No writing or art experience needed—just your imagination! This inclusive event welcomes children, teens, adults, and families to create side by side in a relaxed, inspiring space. All materials are provided, but feel free to bring your own favorites to share. Come discover how poetry can leap off the page and leave with a one-of-a-kind piece of art that’s uniquely yours.

This event will be located in the Lynfield Room in the Fickling Centre but if you have toruble locating it, please talk to our lovely librarians upstairs.
