About this Event
Workshop Description
Join us for a creative and impactful “Collage Greeting Card Workshop”, where art and wildlife conservation meets eco-consciousness. In this engaging 2-hour session, we’ll transform what might otherwise be discarded—greeting cards with minor printer issues deemed unfit for sale—into unique handcrafted masterpieces.
Our workshop will begin with a warm welcome and introductions, followed by refreshments and appetizers to set a relaxed and inspiring atmosphere. You’ll then be introduced to a variety of collage techniques, with guidance on how to creatively repurpose and/ or add to the greeting cards provided. We’ll also included a safety briefing and share fascinating facts about endangered wildlife to spark your creativity and deepen the meaning of your art.
You’ll create 2-3 personalized greeting cards, each with its own unique flair, which you’ll take home along with envelopes and card covers to be sent to loved ones or displayed as art. Afterward, we’ll have a feedback session where you can share your creations and receive constructive criticism.
The workshop will conclude with closing remarks, an opportunity for additional questions, and an overview of our current and future shop offerings.
Come for the creativity, stay for the community, and leave with beautiful cards and new insight.
