Tools for helping people to collaborate

• Who to involve

• Relationship building, role negotiation, climate setting, managing conflict

• Define the goal: storytelling

• Data gathering & diagnosis: limitations of open discussion, brainstorming, nominal group technique, convergent interviewing, increasing creativity and divergent thinking

• Design the solution: information audit, two-votes one-vote, force field analysis, voting rounds, increasing consensus
