Collaborative IOSH Community event - The cost of silence: mock trial

Join Emma Bowens of Bowens Solutions Limited and Elizabeth Hyde of Hesper GC, whilst they draw together their experience to deliver an event that will change the way you think about leadership, culture and the law.

Our case concerns a devastating fire that was predictable and preventable. Lives are lost. Three defendants are in the dock. Fingers are pointed, but who is to blame?

This is an in‑person event. Please only register if you are able to travel to the venue.

• technical competencies: Continuous improvement (Technical), Incident investigation (Technical), Supporting a legal defence (Technical)

Competencies will be explored at implement and lead level.
