Colgadas take us off the axis - but never out of control. In this Pre-Advanced series, we explore how to *lean away from each other while staying fully connected*.

You’ll learn how to prepare, enter, sustain, and exit colgadas with confidence and fluidity — whether they’re tiny tilts or sweeping suspended shapes. We’ll also examine how momentum, torsion, and counterbalance make it all possible.

Not just a flashy move - colgadas teach deep body awareness, partner trust, and precise connection.

What you’ll learn:

• What makes a colgada… a colgada
• How to safely enter and exit off-axis movement
• Preparing the body for shared balance
• Identifying the lead: intention vs. invitation
• Managing torsion and momentum in motion
• Tiny colgadas, traveling colgadas, spinning colgadas
• When to use them - and when NOT to
