I have joined a group of people from Nova Scotia, Montreal and Toronto, who are going to charter a plane to fly to Cuba with all of our humanitarian aid. The total cost of the excursion could cost upwards of $400,000. So we are all going to fundraise (189 passengers) to help toward the cost. Also we'll be participating in a Crowd Funding platform. "Cooking for Cuba" is hosting a take-out Cold Plate Dinner (real turkey and ham). ON TUESDAY, APRIL 21. Pick up at the CLC kitchen between 11-12:30
I have to have advance orders so I'd know how much supplies I need. Do you think I could count on you all to purchase a plate?
