You’re invited into a space where you can come as you are.This is a barefoot, free-form movement space where there is no choreography, no expectation, and no right or wrong way to move.
Just music, presence, and your body.
Each of us moves differently.
Each of us carries a unique rhythm, a different story, a different way of expressing life.
In this space, that diversity is not something to fix or shape — it is something to be honored.
You are welcome to come exactly as you are.
Move as you feel.
Rest when you need.
No experience is needed.
This is a space to explore, to experience, and to simply be.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in and ground before we begin.
• Where: 9137 Pepperell St., St. Peter’s, NS, B0E 3B0
When you arrive, please enter through the lower-level door facing the water.
• Please bring water for yourself.
• Space is limited (up to 10 people), so please message me directly to reserve your spot. Marking “Going” is helpful, but a message is needed to secure your place.
