This unique event invites guests to enjoy coffee, light refreshments, and an exclusive acoustic performance by Jakob Miller, while connecting with others and learning more about the fight for justice. The morning will feature meaningful conversations, a live Q&A, and an opportunity to hear the stories and inspiration behind the music.
About Tennessee Innocence Project
Tennessee Innocence Project is dedicated to freeing innocent people from wrongful convictions, advocating for meaningful justice reform, and supporting exonerees as they rebuild their lives after release. Since its founding in 2019, TIP has successfully exonerated 10 innocent individuals, almost 25% of the total exonerations in Tennessee. Through investigation, litigation, and community education, TIP works to ensure that those who have been wrongfully convicted have the opportunity to reclaim their freedom and move forward.
About Createurs
Coffeehouse Sessions is hosted by Createurs, a Nashville-based content and sound studio built by artists, for artists. Founded in 2025 by Jackie Stevens, Kylie Morgan, and William Carnahan, Createurs was created from a shared belief that creativity should be accessible, collaborative, and supported by community. The studio provides creators of all kinds—including musicians, podcasters, influencers, athletes, and storytellers—with professional-grade spaces, equipment, and resources to bring their ideas to life without the barriers that can often limit creativity.
Featuring Jakob Miller
Long before becoming a recording artist, Los Angeles–born Jakob Miller spent more than a decade building his career in Nashville as a touring musician, bandleader, and songwriter. After hitting the road as a bassist at 18, he developed his craft as a songwriter, earning cuts with artists including Little Big Town, Elvie Shane, and Kameron Marlowe. Drawing from alternative pop, country, and Latin influences, he is now stepping into the spotlight as an artist, with his debut single set for release later this year. The event will feature an intimate 30-minute acoustic performance followed by a live Q&A exploring the stories, inspiration, and creative process behind Jakob's music.
This gathering offers an opportunity to experience great music in an intimate setting while connecting with a cause that matters in our community. Join us for a morning of creativity, conversation, and a shared commitment to justice.
