On the second Tuesday of every month, Nashville’s producers, engineers, and audio creatives come together at HOME to connect, learn, and push their work forward. This meetup is built for people who take their craft seriously and value real conversation, shared insight, and meaningful connection.
Each month features a respected guest from the production world who brings perspective from their own path. You’ll hear how they think, how they work, and how they’ve navigated the industry. The rest of the night is about you. The people you meet. The tracks you pressure-test. The ideas that stay with you and shape what you work on next.

• 6:00-6:30 PM - Open networking with producers and audio professionals who are actively building their catalogs
• 6:30-7:00 PM - Intimate Q&A with a monthly featured guest
• 7:00-8:00 PM - Small-group listening sessions in HOME's 24/7 studios (bring a track or just your ears)

Originally from New Jersey and now based in Nashville, he is the founder of Power Move Management Group and has worked across pop, R&B, gospel, and beyond. Beyond his own career, Shalom is dedicated to mentorship and education, empowering artists with the tools to build sustainable futures in music.
