No producer builds a career alone. This is where you find the people worth building with.
Nashville's producers, engineers, and audio creatives gather at HOME on the second Tuesday of every month for honest feedback, real craft conversation, and direct access to working professionals who rarely talk this openly outside a session.
Each month features a guest from the production world who talks honestly about how they think, how they work, and how they've sustained a career in an industry that doesn't make it easy.
What the evening looks like:
- 6:00PM - Open networking. These are working producers and engineers, not people handing out business cards hoping something sticks.
- 6:30 PM - Intimate Q&A with a monthly featured guest. This is where you hear how someone actually built something, not the version they'd give in an interview.
- 7:00 PM - Small-group listening sessions in HOME's 24/7 studios (bring a track or just your ears)
Bring something in progress if you have it. Leave with at least one conversation you'll still be thinking about on Wednesday.
Ages 21+. BYOB. Complimentary refreshments while supplies last. Great food nearby before or after.

ABOUT MIKE
MIKE HICKS is a unique blend of talent and humility rarely found in today’s emerging talent. As an artist, writer, producer and performer, Mike is revered as one of the best in the diverse Funk and Soul music scene in Nashville and beyond.
His studio credits as a keyboardist, vocalist and producer span hundreds of artists across many genres, including Rascal Flatts, Babyface, Buddy Guy, PJ Morton, Zac Brown, William Prince, and many others, garnering recognition for his contributions to Grammy Award winning recordings.
As a sideman, Mike has toured internationally for almost two decades with artists such as Rascal Flatts, Keb Mo, Little Big Town, Gavin DeGraw, Lauren Daigle, Jonny Lang and more.
When not on the road or in the studio, he is often found serving at schools and with foundations to help guide and mentor the next generation of performers and musicians.
Mike currently lives right outside of Nashville, TN with his wife and daughter.

ABOUT LOUIS YORK
Since the duo began writing and recording music, LOUIS YORK-named after a combination of their respective hometowns (Harmony from East St. Louis, Kelly from New York City)-has released an EP trilogy entitled ‘Masterpiece Theater: Act I, Act 11, Act Ill’. The projects earned praise from publications including Billboard and Los Angeles Times for their genre-bending sensibilities and creative aesthetic. In 2019, the pair unleashed their full
length debut, American Griots, which gained much attention with their bold, dynamic, sultry sound heard on lead singles ‘Don’t You Forget’ and ‘How Will I Feel’ which reached the top 15 on the US Urban Radio chart. The well received album produced appearances on 3rd Hour Today, PBS NewsHour, CNN, and several other major media outlets. In a relatively short amount of time, the pair has amassed millions of cumulative streams on Spotify; given a talk as part of the esteemed TEDx Nashville program; performed sold-out shows domestically and internationally, starred in award-winning feature films and have performed at the Grand Ole Opry many times.
Now, after establishing their own creative studio and label Weirdo Workshop, and settling into their headquarters in Franklin, Tenn., Louis York partnered with artist and music producer Sir The Baptist to executive produce the GRAMMY Award-winning album ‘The Urban Hymnal’ by the Tennessee State University Aristocrat of Bands in the ‘Best Roots Gospel Album’ category which the pair wrote, produced, and performed as a featured artist on the track ‘Blessings on Blessings’ alongside Donald Lawrence and ChurchPpl.
The pair is ready to release their sophomore effort titled ‘Songs with Friends’ set to feature the likes of Gramps Morgan, PJ Morton, Jessie J, Lalah Hathaway, Chris Daughtry, Anthony Hamilton, and more. “Louis York was created when two friends became a band to make the best music of our lives. We understand the magic of collaboration and we have some of the most brilliant, eclectic friends in the world. It was time to put that collective talent on full display. Every song tells the story of who we are. When you put it all together the creative chemistry is explosive!

Shalom “J.Storm” Miller is a multi-platinum, Grammy Award-winning producer, songwriter, and engineer whose credits include Beyoncé, Gwen Stefani, Missy Elliott, and more. Originally from New Jersey and now based in Nashville, he is the founder of Power Move Management Group and has worked across pop, R&B, gospel, and beyond. Beyond his own career, Shalom is dedicated to mentorship and education, empowering artists with the tools to build sustainable futures in music.
