In 2019, Milwaukee Tool purchased the former Assurant building on West Michigan in Downtown Milwaukee in a strategic move to tap into the city's vibrant environment for growth and innovation. The location improves access to talent and strengthens ties with the local community and industry partners. It also highlights the company's commitment to Wisconsin while positioning it as a leader in the tool industry.
