Coffee Tasting Workshop at Open Eye Cafe: Everyone Invited!

In this workshop, we'll explore brewing coffee using different manual pour over brew methods and taste how these brew methods impact flavor in the cup. Among the brew methods we will explore include:

• Clever Dripper
• Kalita Wave Dripper
• French Press
• Chemex

The workshop will be held from 11am - 1pm on Saturday, February 7 at Open Eye Cafe (101 S. Greensboro Street, Carrboro NC)

You'll have an opportunity to learn about brewing coffee using different brew methods & taste the difference each brew method produces.

The workshop will be led by Open Eye Cafe's barista Annabella using coffee sourced & roasted by Carrboro Coffee Roasters & produced by their Farmer Direct Relationship partners.

You'll leave with the confidence of understanding the finer points of different pour over brewing methods for coffee and have the opportunity to take a bag of coffee home!
