Coffee Cupping
About this Event
Every month* we'll brew three different coffees, taste them, make notes and discuss our findings. This is the perfect opportunity to learn more about speciality coffee, really start to hone your flavour identification skills and generally nerd it up with fellow coffee lovers.
If you've attended our Coffee Appreciation course this is the perfect follow up. If you're new to all things speciality coffee this will be a great introduction to the world of flavour you're about to dive into. If you already have all the tools, you're an ace barista and absolutely love speciality coffee, come and share your knowledge and passion and hey, maybe learn more too. Everyone is welcome!
There's no cost to attend but we'll keep the group to a max of 10 people. The roastery will be open to the public from 12-3pm after the cupping so you're welcome to stick around.
*Currently we're planning on not running this on Easter Sunday but that may change amd we're at Tynemouth Food Festival on the 14th of May.
