Coffee Cupping at Neighbourly - A Tasting Experience

Ever wondered why your morning coffee tastes different from a cafe's? This is your chance to find out.
On August 1st, Neighbourly Coffee and Epoch are hosting a coffee cupping, the same method used by coffee professionals around the world to taste, compare, and evaluate coffee. Except we're making it fun, approachable, and open to everyone.
No experience needed, just curiosity.
You'll taste 10 coffees side by side, explore how origin, process, and roast level change what's in your cup, and leave with a whole new way of thinking about your daily drink.
What to expect:
- Fresh drip coffee on arrival
- A guided cupping of 10 coffees
- Butter croissants from our kitchen
- 45 minutes of tasting, learning, and good conversation
- Open Q&A at the end
Two sessions available:
- Session 1: 9:00 AM
- Session 2: 11:00 AM
- 25 spots per session. That's it.
Ticket options:
Base - $30 Includes session entry and fresh butter croissants.
Premium - $50 Includes everything above plus a bag of coffee, a $10 Neighbourly gift card, Epoch stickers, instant coffee packet, and a handwritten note.

The Cupping Begins
Info: Guests work through 10 coffees side by side. Bryce walks the group through each one, origin, process, roast level, and what to look for in the cup. Two options each from sixes, nines, threes, exclusives, and decaf.

Info: Open floor for questions, conversation, and feedback. A good chance to dig into anything that came up during the tasting
