About this Event
Become enveloped within the 90-minute Cocoon of Transformation series, a tapestry of breath work, somatic movement, toning, nurturing touch,
and energetic release. Cocoons are further woven together with
rituals of intention, sound healing, aromatherapy, and the
magic of your loving presence.
These sacred Cocoons began in 2017 and have been experienced in NYC, Los Angeles, Oakland and Borikén aka Puerto Rico. They are hosted by Rebecca Gitana.
Rebecca Gitana Torres is a Caribbean Transformational Guide and multi-disciplinary creative born and raised in NYC. Her spiritual wellness practice spans three coasts, while reaching international clientele and online communities.
Rebecca's work is centered on connecting to the Earth, awakening ancestral wisdom, decolonizing the home, and reclaiming intimacy as a sacred act for healing and authentic self-discovery.
A modern-day medicine woman, Rebecca partners with cultural institutions and community spaces to create environments for healing, rest and remembering. As a self-taught, award-nominated TV producer, she creates empowering content, including her groundbreaking shows, Healing Through the Home and Lifestyle Remix. Her next book which explores Rebecca's life long work as a Home Healer is set for release June 2025.
